A block of rooms is being held in all locations at the
discounted rate until 3 weeks prior to each conference
date. Please identify yourself as attending the Achieving
Quality Imaging Conference to qualify for the
discounted rate. Reservations made after the room
block drops are not guaranteed the discounted rate. Call
early, rooms often sell out!
All Embassy Suites feature a private bedroom with one
king size or two double beds (limited), a separate living
room with sofa bed and dining, work table, kitchen area
with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, two
telephones, two remote control televisions with cable
and in-room movies. Full size irons, ironing boards and
hair dryers are also included in each room.
Additionally, all Embassy Suites locations offer a complimentary full American breakfast served each morning, exercise equipment, indoor and/or outdoor pool, whirlpool, gift shop, and manager's reception each night with beverages of your choice at no charge.
